各位国际学生：

　　 Dear international students,

　　 新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，中国政府和人民全力以赴防控疫情，取得了阶段性成效。但是，目前仍处在关键阶段，疫情防控远远没有结束。为此，我们将有关事项再次通知如下：

　　 China has made every effort to fight against COVID-19 since the start of its outbreak and achieved staged results. But now it is still an extremely critical moment for the epidemic control which is far from over. Thus again we make the following requirements：

　　 1.各位同学在没有接到学校通知前，一律不得返校。因违反规定、未经学校同意擅自返校者，将承担所有后果。

　　 It is strictly prohibited to return to school until further notice. Anyone who violates the regulation and returns to school without permission shall bear responsibility for all consequences.

　　 2.近期新冠肺炎疫情在全球很多国家爆发，请所有在中国境内和境外的同学严格遵守当地政府及卫生部门发布的指示和要求，采取一切必要的防范措施，加强个人防护。

　　 COVID-19 broke out in lots of countries recently, every one of you, no matter whether you are in China or not, should strictly abide by the instructions and requirements of local governments and health authorities, take every necessary measures to protect yourself.

　　 各位同学，疫情形势严峻，今天的严格管控是为了明天更好的学习和生活，学校将全力保障校园安全。在此，我们对每一位同学的理解、支持和配合，表示衷心的感谢。

　　 Dear students, due to the severe epidemic situation, strict management has to be adopted for a better future, and the University will do its utmost to ensure its campus safety and protect our students.
